Responding to brother Frank in Canada from this date last year. It is because we have entered the eternal Gospel Kingdom of the New Heavens and Earth that we can and must joyfully and passionately share the Gospel of the Kingdom (Olivet Mt 24:14) Christ came to establish. The two are not incompatible or opposed to each other as Frank seems to think. I was stuck in futurist/dispy fog for many years until I took the words of the Olivet literally, as some folks like to claim that they do, except when that fails to support their agenda. Preterism fills in the gaps with precision!

So happy to have found the new website. I missed Preterist Archive terribly.
A wonderful resource for study. I will be donating.

I am happy I found this web site--again! I had been actively using Preterist Archives in the past, but had been inactive for several years due to distractions. Now that I have retired, I decided to revisit my old friend (PA), but found the address defunct. This was dismaying to me as I found PA to be such an extensive resource for all things preterist. I am happy to announce I am back! I look forward to engaging PA often.

Honestly this site is a fantastic help in my studies of preterism. In a world where immense polarization has devolved arguments into "you're a heretic" and "no you are", it's great to see advocates of this view are still kicking.

Sorry, I forgot to say, I love the content and even donated. The site does look better than it used to.

In time it may look even better, but for now the priorities are to retrieve the content.
Thanks for the donation.

The website overrall could use some updating. None of the best website designs use a colored background for starters. I understand a good web designer is not cheap, but I might help to have a professional design.

The design is by purpose. The website is the revived Preterist Archive. It compliments the original and how it was painstakingly created, not for looks but for information.
Thanks for your input.

Thank you for keeping the vision alive. With all the prophecies fulfilled, we must surely soon expect full de facto observation of those things which have for so long been held in the de jure state. Blessings!

Thank you for preserving the documents and info so painstakingly sourced. I have linked to several in the past that I cannot find now. There used to be an article titled "Scientific proof of the destruction of the Temple by the first of Tishri" or something close to that which I cannot now find. Do you know if you have it?

Yes, I do have the location for your search.
Thank you for asking.

As with everyone, I have a "come to preterism" story and I thank God for it! I also thank God for you and others like you who are not afraid of the criticism that comes with being a Preterist. Keep up the good fight! I am praying for you.

I'm glad I found this site. I'm new(ish) to the subject, so I appreciate that this wealth exists...

Sigh - sad to see a man done in by his own intelligence. Once you were one who showed such promise and potential. Alas, the moments of realizing and embracing your true calling are waning fast dear one. God can always do something - question is how much time will you give Him to do it in and through your life? Wasting time on this dribble is time you will never get back. Surely it satisfies the pride to win all challenges and continue in error - but such a course is worthless and amounts to nothing for Him. There still is time and there is still a world out there in desperate need of His salvation. Isn't it time you joined His people? Rather than divide and conquer the believers, how about embracing His love and sharing what really matters with those who are lost and starving for Him?

The owner of this site is a full/hyper preterist but doesn't reveal that on the ABOUT page. This entire site is questionable.

So glad to find this site. I will be back from time to time.

Additionally, I was wondering if you are looking for new material to post? I have several articles by my father on Preterism. He is the one who introduced me to it. I have several articles, but my rother has the bulk of his work. He wrote enough for a large collection of books on the topic.

Hello. I've been a preterist for years, but never have been able to concisely defend it. There are a lot of questions to answer when speaking with a premillenialist. I clicked on "For the Beginner," hoping to find a well-written summary of preterism. I instead found a lot of articles about dispensationalism and premillenialism.

Praise the Lord! This wealth of information has returned.

Look into John Noe. He espouses a view of fill preterism with ongoing fulfillments and calls it Preterist-Idealist. This seems to fit with what you are calling Progressive Preterism.

So happy to have found this resourceful website. I have been studying about eschatology and preterist ideas for many years and definitely lean into this camp... It was great to find so many things to read and listen to all in one website! Thank you so much and God bless you all!!!

  1. I recommend the book, Times, They Are A/Changing, an exposition of Matthew 23-25. (One cannot correctly interpret the Olivet Discourse without reference
    to chapter 23!
Why are ads for Israel popping up on this site? They advocate a fake view of the New Testament teaching about Jewry. Shouldn’t be allowed.
