And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
“A fair exegesis of this passage can hardly fail to recognise the fact that the apostle here, as well as elsewhere (1 Thess. 4:17; 1 Cor. xv. 51), speaks of the coming of the Lord as rapidly approaching. To reason, as Stuart does, that because Paul correct in the Thessalonicans the mistake of imagining it to be immediately at hand (or even actually come), therefore he did not himself expect it soon, is surely quite beside the purpose.” (in loc)
“16:20. Shall bruise Satan : ” i. e. bad man ; the persecuting Jews and Judaizers being here meant.” Newcome. So, Whitby. Grotius, &c. &c., who add, ” that the bruising under their feet, must then designate the fall of Jerusalem and the entire dispersion of the Jews ; this Ep. being written within eight years of the breaking out of the Jewish war.” (Annotation, p. 328)
“In the New Testament we find no exhortation grounded on the shortness of life. It seems as if the end of life had no practical importance for the first believers, because it would surely be anticipated by the day of the Lord” (Rom. xiii.11)
“From the day when the faithful first assembled around their Messias until the date of this epistle, a series of years had elapsed; the full daybreak, as Paul deemed, was already close at hand. We find here corroborated, what is also evident from several other passages, that the apostles expected the speedy advent of the Lord. The reason of this lay, partly in the general law that man is fond to imagine the object of his hope at hand, partly in the circumstance that the Saviour had often delivered the admonition to be every moment prepared for the crisis in question, and had also, according to the usus loquendi of the prophets, described the period as fast approaching.” (Comm. on Romans, in loc.)
“In Romans 16:20, Paul foresees the fall of Judaism and pictures it as the defeat of Satan: ‘And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly’.” (p. 50).

Antichrist amy be Alive
“Somewhere, at this very moment, on planet Earth, the antichrist is almost certainly alive – biding his time, awaiting his cue… already a mature man, he is probably active in politics, perhapos even an admired world leader whose name is on everyone’s lips” (Global Peace and the Rise of the Antichrist, 5)
Saint Martin of Tours, Bishop of Gaul (316-397)
“There is no doubt that the Antichrist has already been born. Firmly establisyhed already in his earthly years, he will, after reaching maturity, achieve supremem power.” (quoted in Demar’s Last Days Madness 196,197)

“Is probably alive right now and may even know his predsestined demonic assignment” (Beginning of the end, 135)

I believe the son of satan is already here on earth, unfortunately. Although he hasn’t reared his ugly head out into the public yet, I hope someone will hack it off the minute he does. And even if it doesn’t happen—I would rather DIE than to accept his Mark Of The Beast. Are you reading this, anti-Christ?? Your father is already condemned to hell and just think—HE PLANS TO TAKE YOU WITH HIM!!
